These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://sprintlearn.academy (the “Site”) and your enrollment in our courses, workshops, and bootcamps (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing our Site or enrolling in a course, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in our courses. If you are under 18, you may only use the Services with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information (Name, Email, Phone Number) during the registration process.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Sharing your account access with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Pricing: All prices for courses and workshops are listed on the Site. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect enrollments that have already been confirmed.
Payment Processing: We use third-party payment gateways (such as Stripe, PayPal, etc.) to process transactions. We do not store your financial information. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms and conditions of the respective payment processor.
Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes associated with your purchase, depending on your location.
Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our course materials and the limited seating in our live workshops, all sales are generally considered final unless stated otherwise in a specific promotional offer.
Cancellations by You: If you wish to cancel your enrollment, you must contact us at connect@sprintlearn.academy.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the start of a live cohort may be eligible for a partial refund or credit towards a future cohort, at our sole discretion.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable.
Cancellations by Us: In the unlikely event that SprintLearn Academy cancels a scheduled workshop, you will receive a full refund or a seat in the next available cohort, at your preference.
Ownership: All course materials, including but not limited to videos, slides, code repositories, assignments, and written content, are the intellectual property of SprintLearn Academy or its licensors.
License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the course materials for your personal, non-commercial learning use only.
Restrictions: You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, broadcast, or share our course materials with anyone else without our express written permission.
Our workshops involve live interaction and community collaboration. To maintain a positive learning environment, you agree to:
Treat instructors, mentors, and fellow students with respect.
Not engage in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during live sessions or in community channels (e.g., Discord/Slack).
Not use our platform to distribute spam or malicious content.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
Educational Purpose: Our courses are designed to teach specific skills. However, SprintLearn Academy does not guarantee employment, promotion, or salary increases upon completion of our courses.
“As Is”: The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SprintLearn Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Our Site and course materials may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
